The tools I am going to be demonstrating to you today are ones that I use practically daily and that greatly simplify the work I perform as a marketer and business owner. I can also see you wanting to know what resources are available if you are a marketer just starting out in the field or a business owner running your own digital marketing initiatives.
If you have never heard of any of the tools I described in this post, I am sure you will find a lot of them really helpful. But first, let us talk about Zapier.
ZAPIER:
In essence, that procedure is taken and made much, much simpler, especially for those who might not have any prior experience. Personally, I find that it just makes things much simpler. I recently created a video showing how you use Zapier to integrate Facebook lead ads with MailChimp. Now, without Zapier, it would have been really tough to achieve that with Facebook lead ads and MailChimp, for example, but it made the process incredibly simpler.
Additionally, linking apps comparable to those will be a lot, lot simpler if you are working on similar projects. If I were to simply log in and give you a quick tour of Zapier, I would not get into any specifics about how to use the platform or anything else since I think that would be better suited for a different piece. However, if I use the example I said, which was Facebook lead ads, you can see Facebook lead ads there. If I want to add MailChimp, I simply enter that in, click it, and you add a trigger as a result.
In this case, it would be a fresh lead, and I would naturally want to add a subscriber to a tag. If I were to fast click and try it, this is how the applications would actually appear when they are connected. Zapier To put it briefly, you would just give it a name, begin filling out these forms, and then switch it on as you can see in the upper right corner. I will not go into too much detail here because it is a fantastic platform to use, especially for marketers. Today’s marketers need to be much more proficient in development work and able to handle a number of digital tasks, and Zapier is just one of those technologies that makes all of that possible and lowers the learning curve considerably.
WEBSITE FLOW:
Out of all the tools I will discuss on this list, Web Flow is undoubtedly my favorite. It is a content management system for websites. It is comparable to platforms like WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace. Although they are not as well-known as platforms like Wix or Squarespace, marketers, developers, and independent contractors prefer them because they provide alternatives to those platforms, which are primarily focused on design and, to a lesser extent, development work.
I will not delve into the details of web flow, as that is a topic for another post, but I strongly advise you to take a look at this. It is similar to Zapier. When comparing several website design alternatives, this one comes in first for me; I have used it in more ways than any other tool.
Although there is a steep learning curve associated with this platform, the benefits are unquestionably worth it once you get proficient with it. You will need to invest a lot of time, patience, and effort to become proficient with it.
LOOM
Use it almost every day; it is not just for creating videos, though that was arguably the main use case for it. You can also use it to handle team communications. It can be used for outreach sales as well as project management. Basically, you can utilize this platform for anything you want, and I strongly advise that.Because it is so very simple to use, this platform really shines in my opinion.
One of the reasons I adore it is because it is really simple to begin filming a video.Additionally, this just makes completing this kind of work much, much simpler if you are working a lot, moving quickly, keeping pace, and under continual pressure. And regardless of whether you are a marketer or not, I would heartily recommend it. if you are producing a video of any kind.
SEMRUSH:
Sort of going hand in hand with the movement of the web. If you have a content management system (CMS) for your website, you should also consider using an SEO platform. There are several platforms available, including Uber Suggest, Ahrefs, and SEMRush. Ahrefs is one of the larger ones and is my personal favorite because of its numerous features and customization options.
However, if your primary concern is improving your SEO and ranking, then this is what you should be concentrating on. Using an SEO software like SEMRush will greatly assist you in obtaining organic traffic from Google or any other search engine. Once more, SEMRush is a very large platform.
It is very complicated and has a lot going on, but one of the main things that, in my opinion, set this platform apart from some of its rivals are some of the extra features that are included. For example, social media management is one of the many fantastic features on this platform. You can manage your ads here, which is something I would not necessarily advise doing, but if you want to have everything in one location, it is a really good option to take into account.
In addition, competitive research and a ton of other awesome things are available to you. Indeed, in general, I would heartily suggest it.Now that we have that out of the way, let us continue. MailChimp: Depending on what you are doing, you may not have done it yet, you may have considered it, or you may have simply refrained from acting.
In the 2020s, email marketing is still a very significant endeavor. They will continue to get benefits from it, and MailChimp remains the most effective marketing medium.
MAILCHIMP:
It is quite simple to use and one of the most beginner-friendly email marketing systems available. Because it is so simple to use and works so unbelievably well, we personally use it to manage our email newsletters and any ongoing offers. It makes sending emails a breeze.
There are undoubtedly superior alternatives than MailChimp, according to some. However, if you are looking at this from the perspective of a beginner, you are seeking for time-saving, easily-operated tools.
When it comes to marketing, MailChimp is unquestionably one of these that might perhaps save you some money. Now that we have said that, let us continue.
Canva
In the following example, we have Canva, which is a design platform that allows you to generate a wide range of content, including graphics, videos, PowerPoint presentations, and almost anything else you can imagine. However, it has certain drawbacks and is not as feature-rich as the Adobe suite, which is the best available set of design tools.
Canva’s simplicity of use is why I use it and why I enjoy it. Therefore, whenever I am in a big hurry for something, as right now when I am producing one film every day for Ambio Media, I strive to make graphics that seem really, really excellent without taking a lot of time, especially when I am making thumbnails or blog content. Canva is what I use.
I think I would continue using the Adobe suite if I were devoting more time and effort to my work simply because of its greater capability. However, if you are only searching for something that is really easy to use and you are working on very simple design projects. When it comes to that, Canva is undoubtedly at the top of the list. It has a sizable base and a sizable fan base.
Warm Jar:
In a manner akin to how web flow and SEMRush work together, HotJar is a great resource for conversion rate optimization. Thus, after you drive traffic to your website through advertising, email marketing, social media posts, and other means, one of the most important things you should consider is how to ensure that visitors are going in the direction you want them to go.And the issue is that you frequently do not know for sure.
where the folks are heading. Yes, you can set up conversions on your analytics and perform a lot of other tasks, but HotJar lets you see what users are actually doing on your site and records video screen captures of their actions. This can be very helpful in identifying any errors that affect the functionality of your site, such as a broken button or a simple glitch that could be negatively affecting its overall performance. It will be identifiable by HotJar. which, in the absence of your genuine attention to what was happening on your site, would be quite challenging to accomplish.
HUBSPOT:
I use HubSpot, a CRM (customer relationship management platform) that we also advise our clients to use. When it comes to the industry standard for a CRM, it is unquestionably in the forefront of consumers’ minds and the market.
It kind of goes hand in hand with MailChimp, and some people use MailChimp as a CRM because they do not do much with the contacts that they generate. However, if you are looking to manage things better and accomplish more work, or if you are doing more complex tasks, I would highly recommend HubSpot. Its entry-level bundles are well worth the cost.
Trello:
In essence, Trello was a project management application. Now, rather than signing into Trello, let us just take a look at this picture, which shows you how Trello generally works and lets you manage the many projects you have. It works great if you merely want to spread a lot of information but you also want your team to be able to see what ideas you have and what projects you are working on.
This is really helpful, in my opinion, because managing projects is a big part of what marketers do and what you will be doing when trying to implement digital marketing strategies. If you are not on top of things, do not really know what is going on, do not have a schedule in place, and do not have these to-do lists in place so that you and your team are all on the same page, things can get very overwhelming very, very quickly.
